For business owners

Every call answered. Every job booked.

An AI phone agent for HVAC, plumbing, and solar companies. It picks up when you can’t, books the job on your calendar, and texts you the details.

You know exactly when it happens

You’re under a house with a flashlight in your teeth. You’re on a roof in July. It’s nine at night and you’ve finally sat down to eat. The phone rings, and you can’t answer it.

That caller doesn’t leave a voicemail and wait. They go back to the search results and call the next company on the list — and whoever picks up gets the job, books the follow-up, and keeps the customer for the next ten years.

You already know how many of those you lose in a week. That’s the number this page is about.

How it works

  1. 01

    The call forwards

A call comes in that you miss, or that lands after hours, and your phone forwards it to the agent. You keep your existing number — nothing on your truck, your van or your Google listing changes.

  2. 02

    The agent answers

It introduces itself as a virtual assistant, asks what’s wrong, and takes their name, their address and the problem. It asks the follow-up a dispatcher would, so the tech arrives knowing what he’s walking into.

  3. 03

The job lands on your calendar

The booking goes straight onto your calendar and you get a text summary — who called, where, what’s wrong, when they’re booked. Nothing to log into.

The part owners ask about first

It does not handle a true emergency on its own. A gas smell, water coming through a ceiling, no heat in a freeze, no cooling with someone vulnerable in the house — the agent recognises those and transfers the call straight to your phone while the caller is still on the line. It books the routine work. It hands you the calls that need you.

What the missed ones cost

Your numbers, not industry averages. Put in what you actually see in a week and what a job is actually worth to you.

Revenue walking away, per month

$6,240

$74,880 a year

Rough by design — it assumes a missed call is a lost call, which is true more often than it isn’t. Nothing you type here leaves your browser.

A free two-week pilot

I don’t have case studies to show you yet, and I’m not going to invent any. So the first two weeks are free, on your after-hours calls only — the ones currently going to voicemail, where there’s nothing to lose.

You forward your line after six. I set the agent up for your business: your services, your hours, your pricing questions, your emergency rules. At the end of two weeks you look at the bookings it took and decide.

If you don’t like it, switch the forwarding off. That’s the whole exit — no contract to get out of, no number to port back.

  • Your after-hours calls only, to start
  • You keep your existing number
  • Set up for your business, not a template
  • No contract, no card, no notice period

Portrait of Mustafa Noman

Mustafa Noman

I’m an AI engineer. I build the kind of system this runs on — multi-agent backends, the data layer underneath them, and the evaluation that catches them being confidently wrong before a customer does.

I’m based in Pakistan and I work with businesses in the US. I’ll say that plainly because it matters less than the other half of it: there is no support queue here, no account manager, no ticket number. You talk to the person who builds the thing, and if something needs changing on a Tuesday, I change it on a Tuesday.

Questions owners ask

Will callers know it’s AI?

Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant on the first line, every call. That’s the honest answer and it’s also the practical one — people are far more patient with an assistant that says what it is than with one they catch out halfway through giving their address.

Does it work with my software?

It starts with Google Calendar, which every shop already has. Jobber and Housecall Pro are add-ons — tell me which one you run and I’ll tell you straight whether it’s ready or whether you’d be the first.

What if it gets something wrong?

You see the summary of every single call, so a mistake is visible the same day rather than next week. And it doesn’t handle urgent calls on its own: a gas smell, water coming through a ceiling, no heat in a freeze — those get transferred to your phone while the caller is still on the line.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly price that covers the phone number and the call minutes. I’ll quote it on the call once I know roughly how many calls a week you take, because minutes are the part that scales with volume and I’d rather price it honestly than quote low and come back to you later.

What if I hate it?

Switch the forwarding off. Your number was never pointed anywhere else, so your phone goes back to ringing the way it did before — there’s nothing to unwind.

Tell me what a job is worth to you

30 minutes, no pitch deck. You tell me how many calls a week you miss and what you charge, and I’ll tell you whether this is worth your time — including if it isn’t.

Or open it on cal.com

Or just email me

Send me your average job value and how many calls you miss in a week. I’ll reply with what those calls are costing you and what I’d do about it.
